About the coffee Bookkisa is the name of the kebele (an Ethiopian "hamlet") where the Bookkisa group of 33 farmers is located. The average farm size of each member is about 2.5 hectares. The coffee grows under a canopy of natural forest, much like most Guji Coffees in the area and is dried on raised beds.
