☕ More info: A true flavour symphony. This heirloom lot from the Bale Mountains in Ethiopia is processed with the anaerobic method which extracts the juicy notes of tropical fruits, maple syrup and marzipan.

2. Costa Rica - Aquiares:

😋 Tasting notes: Brown Sugar, Blackberries, Lemon Tea

🌎 Origin: Costa Rica

🔥 Roast Level: Light

☕ More info: This coffee oozes sweetness. The beans are processed with the red honey method and lightly roasted to bring out the stunning brown sugar, blackberry, and lemon tea notes. 

3. Rwanda - Mbilima:

😋 Tasting notes: Grapefruit, Lemongrass, Cane Sugar

☕ More info: One of the most unique coffees we've tasted this year! The red bourbon varietal is process with the washed method which we roast to a light / medium level. This draws out intriguing grapefruit, lemongrass, and cane sugar flavours... this is you'll definitely want to try!
