Nicaragua, known within Central America as the land of lakes and volcanoes, is a pocket for high quality coffee thanks to its rich soils, lush vegetation and various microclimates.

Finca Los Altiplanos is situated inside the Datanlí El Diablo Nature Reserve in Jinotega area, and is surrounded by a plethora of local flora and fauna.

The Jugüina River also borders the farm, providing fresh water for coffee and other vegetation.

This java variety adds outstanding flavours of delicate fresh fig and juicy stone fruits. This is backed by finer earthy notes, with nougat and tea-like hints.

To add intensity, we’ve selected a Brazilian coffee produced by Fazenda Samambaia in the Sul de Minas region. This Topazio cultivar was processed using the traditional natural method and boasts nutty notes with a smooth, chocolaty texture.

Finally, to balance out the blend, there’s nothing better than the sweetness of this Colombian coffee produced in Huila - a region that delivers some of the finest beans in the world.

La Muralla is an informal group of young producers - mostly in their mid 20’s - based in Huila's southern municipalities, San Agustín. La Muralla showcases a careful process of the most important Colombian varieties (Castillo, Colombia, Caturra and Pink Bourbon) and this lot adds notes of butterscotch, and subtle hints of tropical fruits.
