MORE ABOUT THE COFFEE
Jazzy Max has always been our home for naturally processed coffees. It’s where we get to showcase some of the most expressive, fruit-driven lots we can source from producers we love working with around the world.
This latest version combines two coffees that complement each other beautifully, bringing together sweetness, body and vibrant fruit character in one seriously tasty blend.
The first component comes from Brazil, using the Bossa Nova regional blend sourced from Cerrado and Sul de Minas. These regions are two of Brazil’s most celebrated coffee-growing areas, known for producing consistently high-quality coffees with sweetness, balance and depth.
Processed using the traditional natural method, this coffee forms the rich, comforting base of the blend. Expect smooth milk chocolate sweetness alongside soft nutty notes and ripe fruit character.
The second component comes from Cyahinda in Rwanda’s Nyaruguru region, where smallholder farmers use deeply rooted sustainable farming practices passed down through generations. Coffee here is grown beneath shade trees using organic fertilisers and careful land management techniques that help support biodiversity and long-term soil health.
Quality is central to production, with selective handpicking, careful processing and regular cupping helping producers continually refine and improve their coffees year after year.
In the cup, the Rwandan coffee brings the vibrant side of Jazzy Max to life. Think blueberry muffins fresh from the bakery, citrus sweetness, floral tea-like notes and a juicy, tropical finish.
Together, these coffees create a blend that is bright, expressive and endlessly drinkable. Bursting with forest berries, soft tropical fruit sweetness and silky milk chocolate notes, this is Jazzy Max doing exactly what it does best.
Enjoy!
