Incoming Blend



Our most traditional blend. Some may even call it “old fashioned” in the specialty coffee spheres. Ideal for those who like a darker, full bodied and chocolaty cup of coffee with low acidity and warm flavours.


Crowd pleasing, uncomplicated and laid-back, this blend works wonders when brewed in a stovetop moka pot or as an espresso. 


Incoming Blend currently features two coffees produced by Fazenda Samambaia in Brazil. The first is a Mundo Novo cultivar grown at Campo Alegre, the "Happy Field", one of the plots of the farm. Naturally processed, it provides the nutty and chocolaty texture to the blend.

The second is a Topazio cultivar, also naturally processed, that brings dried fruit notes and brown sugar sweetness to the blend. We roast these two coffees together and take them to the darker side of the roasting spectrum, making this blend a joy to calibrate and brew easily with an espresso machine.
